Job Description:

Eurovent Certita Certification, European leader in third-party certification for HVAC-R products, is looking for a Certification Program Manager / Auditor to join our international team. If you're an experienced professional in HVAC or energy systems with a passion for quality and compliance, this is your opportunity to have an impact on sustainable product performance across the world.

Your Mission

You will coordinate and manage certification programmes, ensuring alignment with procedures, deadlines, budgets, and market expectations. You will conduct factory audits based on certification reference documents, with about 30 annual audits mainly in Europe.

As a Program Manager:

• Manage certification programmes from design to delivery.
• Draft, update, and ensure compliance with certification documents.
• Organize and lead programme committees, keeping up with industry standards and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (client managers, assistants, laboratories).
• Promote Eurovent’s certification services through client meetings, industry events, and publications.
• Build and monitor annual budgets and subcontractor relationships.

As an Auditor:

• Conduct factory audits based on certification documents (approx. 30 per year, mainly in Europe).

Qualifications

• Technician or Engineer with a background in HVAC, Energy, or Building systems.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Experience in auditing is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of certification systems or quality frameworks is an asset.
