Eurovent Certita Certification, a European leader in third-party certification for HVAC-R products, is seeking a Certification Program Manager / Auditor to join our international team. If you have experience in HVAC or energy systems and are passionate about quality and compliance, this role offers an opportunity to impact sustainable product performance globally.

Your Mission

You will coordinate and manage certification programmes, ensuring compliance with procedures, deadlines, budgets, and market expectations. You will conduct factory audits, approximately 30 annually, mainly across Europe.

As a Program Manager:

• Manage certification programmes from design to delivery.
• Draft, update, and ensure compliance with certification reference documents.
• Organize and lead programme committees, staying updated on industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote Eurovent’s certification services through meetings, events, and publications.
• Build and monitor budgets and manage subcontractor relationships.

As an Auditor:

• Conduct factory audits based on certification documents, approximately 30 per year across Europe.

Qualifications:

• Technician or Engineer with a background in HVAC, Energy, or Building systems.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Auditing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of certification systems or quality frameworks is an asset.
