In this role, you will report directly to our CEO and support your manager by ensuring all duties are carried out with discretion and confidentiality.

  • What you will do
  • Act as the first point of contact for correspondence and phone calls;
  • Proactively manage and coordinate the CEO's agenda, prioritizing and arranging meetings, and preparing briefing papers;
  • Provide full personal assistant support, including correspondence, drafting letters, minute meetings, and other tasks;
  • Support and organize business trips;
  • Communicate on behalf of the CEO;
  • Conduct research on market strategies;
  • Assist in preparing presentations using business tools;
  • Represent the organization at sector networking events professionally.

Requirements

  • BSc or equivalent experience;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
  • High creativity and initiative in gathering information from various sources;
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
  • Fluency in verbal and written Italian;
  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency in English, French, Spanish, or German, spoken and written.
