All Interests Aligned, Italy-based, seeks candidates with deep roots in Italy's business community to join its Management Buy-In program as Chief Executive Officer (Operating Partner).

You will lead acquisition and management of a high-potential, family-owned SME in Italy facing succession challenges, with investors backing and a structured journey through origination, deal closing, transition, operation, and exit.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in general management with full P&L accountability.
• Experience leading operating businesses in Italy or with strong Italian market knowledge.
• Proven ability to drive growth and manage transitions in family-owned SMEs.

Mansioni

• Origination: identify and assess acquisition targets with strategic support from AIA.
• Deal Closing: collaborate on due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.
• Transition: assume CEO role with a structured handover plan and stakeholder engagement.
• Operation: lead operations with governance, reporting, and a value-driven growth plan.
• Exit: plan and execute an exit strategy in partnership with AIA.
