Job Description

The CEO, reporting directly to the owner and founder of the Company, will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Develops, reviews, updates, and implements strategic business planning, including financial performance and product development, in collaboration with the Executive Board;
  • Sets KPIs, leads, and monitors the budgeting process to meet long-term financial and business goals;
  • Deploys new efficiency and quality roadmaps to achieve higher standards requested by customers;
  • Supports and develops the competencies of the second generation, ensuring they hold strategic and reference roles to guarantee family continuity in the business;
  • Fosters partnerships with existing clients and represents the Company in front of potential new clients during key meetings;
  • Ensures operations are always compliant with Group policies and standards, particularly for HSE, ISO, certifications, and policies;
  • Ensures successful project management processes, aiming to meet client expectations from initial concept, manufacturing, to on-time delivery;
  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills through empowering, collaborating, coaching, and mentoring the existing human capital.
