A leading company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee replenishment from production sites and suppliers. The role involves managing supply capacity, resolving supply issues, and contributing to SCM projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in SCM planning, ideally in a consumer goods or B2B context. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English are essential.

Responsibilities:
  1. Managing the replenishment from production sites and/or suppliers and following up on deliveries. Serving as the single contact per production site/supplier purchasing for all organizations in the region, and occasionally for other regions with international suppliers.

  2. Defining supply capacity needs (short- to mid-term), checking available capacity against demand, and initiating measures at production and suppliers to match capacity with demand.

  3. Communicating, managing, and resolving actual and potential supply issues, including making allocation decisions during bottlenecks.

  4. Managing phase-in/phase-out situations in coordination with Category SCM and local SCMs.

  5. Ensuring the achievement of agreed stock levels and service levels for the region.

  6. Providing input to procurement regarding supplier performance, especially when managing supply planning with external suppliers.

  7. Contributing to SCM projects, such as process improvements and new SCM solutions.

  8. Developing tools to assess Capacity vs. Demand with external suppliers.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Applied Sciences.

  2. At least 2 years of experience in SCM Planning, ideally within a consumer goods or B2B company.

  3. Knowledge of relevant ERP systems (such as MRP, SAP) and planning systems (like IBP).

  4. Proficiency in English at an advanced level (B2/C1).

  5. Strong communication and influencing skills, a team player, and comfortable working in an international, intercultural, and matrix organization environment.
