IRCA Group, a leading international B2B provider of semi-finished ingredients, is seeking a Central Planning Specialist to manage production planning for finished goods and monitor stock levels to ensure product availability. You will analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Located in Gallarate (VA), the role offers a 40h/week full-time schedule with a flexible and hybrid working arrangement.

Competenze

• Education: Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field with a focus on Supply Chain or Operations.
• Strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel are mandatory.
• Language Skills: Italian & English (at least B2).
• Proficiency in Excel. Good command of PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Purpose of Position:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedCentral Planning Specialistto join our Planning team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing production planning activities for finished goods, monitoring production performance and inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimize stock management. You will analyze and report key supply chain and production KPIs, prepare insightful reports and presentations to support decision-making, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive planning effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

• Computer Skills:Proficiency in Excel. Good command of PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Behavioral Requirements:Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team.

• Location: Gallarate (VA)
• Working hours: Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
• Contract: CCNL Alimentare Industria
• Level: Impiegatizio
• Meal vouchers: €8 for each day spent in the office
• Expense reimbursement: starting from€ 900,00 gross / month
