Celebrities Specialist

Position

The position is based in Rome. The candidate will report to the Celebrities Manager and will support in the activities of the team with a focus on increasing FENDI’s exposure in the public eye at WW level.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will:

1. Liaise with external stakeholders (agents, stylists etc.) in the Celebrities Market;
2. Explore new opportunities and new names for the Brand within the Celebrities’s universe through competitors and entertainment industry analysis;
3. Execute product placements and report on coverage and missed opportunities in the Celebrities’s category;
4. Organize Celebrities agenda during fashion shows and brand moments;
5. Deliver internal tools to regional offices;
6. Manage sample trafficking and gifting;
7. Draft internal and external presentations;
8. Collaborate with internal teams;
9. Support the Communication on environmental and social Sustainability Projects and initiatives.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Degree in Communications or related field;
2. At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role within luxury fashion industry;
3. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with a creative and strategic thinking;
4. Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously;
5. Proficiency in using various social media platforms;
6. Fluency in English is a must; Italian and French as a plus;
7. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
8. Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
