Cavallino, our restaurant opened in partnership with Ferrari, in Maranello, is looking for a young, dynamic figure to join its dining room. We are looking for a person to add to the team who can be of support to the whole brigade.

Activities

1. Preparing tables
2. Organizing the mise en place under the supervision of the chef de rang
3. Clean the tables and the room after the service
4. Serve dishes at tables and explain them to customers

1. High school diploma
2. One year’s experience in a similar role
3. Excellent knowledge of the English language
4. Good communication skills
5. Enthusiasm, dynamism, flexibility.
