Versuni in Milan seeks a Perfect Store and Trade Marketing Manager to shape how products come to life in stores and online. You will turn insights into action, craft trade strategies, and collaborate with Sales, Digital, and Marketing teams to elevate Versuni’s small domestic appliances across channels.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Trade Marketing within FMCG or electronics retail, strong analytics, and fluency in Italian with English at an upper-intermediate level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 3+ years in Trade Marketing within FMCG multinational companies or electronics retail.
• Proven ability to drive growth across diverse trade channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decisions.
• Fluent in Italian with upper-intermediate English.
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a trade marketing strategy across key product categories.
• Create and manage a national promotional calendar aligned with marketing plans.
• Manage the promotional budget with ROI focus and optimal product mix.
• Enhance digital presence with eCommerce content and banners that convert.
• Design and execute in-store visibility strategies and POS materials.
• Analyze category sales and provide actionable insights to Sales.
• Collaborate with retailers in meetings and support launches with selling stories.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Over 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing within leading FMCG multinational companies or the electronics retail sector
• Proven ability to drive business growth across diverse trade channels
• Strong analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Fluent in Italian, with upper-intermediate proficiency in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent organizational, teamwork, and communication skills
• Proactive problem-solving attitude with a hands-on approach
• Sales experience considered a valuable asset
• Based in Milan area

What We’ll Give You In Return The salary range for this position is EUR 50,000 – EUR 58,000 gross annual fixed compensation (RAL), corresponding to Level B3 of the CCNL Metalmeccanico (Code: C011), and determined by Versuni's objective, gender-neutral career framework. In addition to the fixed salary, you will be eligible for a variable compensation plan linked to company performance and incentive programmes. The overall package also includes home-working and mobile phone allowances, private healthcare coverage, and a broad range of welfare and employee benefits. At Versuni, we are committed to pay transparency and the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value. The final offer within the stated range will be determined based on objective, non-discriminatory criteria, including the specific competencies, professional qualifications, and measurable skills required for the role.
