As part of the Offer Department, Category Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

Analyze and build recommendations on the strategy of the brands managed, in line with Sephora’s strategy:
  • You will analyze the categories for which you are responsible via panels and other ad hoc studies (sales, consumer, market report).
  • Data analysis and definition of action plans to improve sales and gain market share with an always-on focus on customer expectations & purchase behavior.
  • Participate in the development & implementation of brands’ marketing plans, seeking exclusivity partnerships with a full 360° plan (in-store setup, pricing, promotion, communication), supporting other departments in strategy execution through clear sales guidelines.
  • Adapt assortment & merchandising plans to local needs in cooperation with HQ, Sales, and Merchandising teams.
  • Plan and secure key animation slots with the right product assortment relevant to beauty trends, engaging other departments.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to create strong relationships, maximizing partnerships and support in stores' selling operations.
Implement and monitor annual action plans:
  • You will monitor your brand portfolio's budget (piloting brands' sell-in, sell-out, and stock in monthly forecasts according to negotiation team guidelines).
  • You will promote the implementation of actions to achieve turnover and margin objectives with a proactive attitude.
  • You will facilitate coordination between online/offline animation, (e-)merchandising, finance, and supply teams to optimize execution of plans in stores and e-commerce.
  • You will contribute to new product launches, ensuring follow-up to meet business objectives.
  • You will define forecasts for each launch and implement the 360° plan, building trust and co-creating strategies with brands.
