Vertiv is seeking a Commodity Manager (Sheet Metal) to join our team in Piove di Sacco, Italy. You will develop and deploy sourcing strategies, coordinate with the Commodity Director, and manage suppliers to improve service and costs.
You’ll collaborate with R&D, Materials, and trade/compliance teams on ETO projects, monitor supplier performance, and ensure adherence to Vertiv policies. English fluency and a relevant degree are required.

We are currently seeking a Commodity Manager (Sheet metal)to join our dynamic team in Piove di Sacco (PD), Italy!
The commodity strategy includes coordinating each function to streamline and improve supply chain performance, including material containment; material productivity, inventory turnover, lead time reduction, supplier consolidation, supplier development and performance management to improve the business overall customer on-time delivery and financial performance. Additional responsibilities include: supporting trade and ESG team, system tools and compliance.

The anticipated salary range for this role in Italy is between 53.000€ to 65.000€ gross per year (based on a full-time working week). Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits. Where applicable, a comprehensive overview of the full benefits package and any additional compensation will be provided during the recruitment process in accordance with local legal requirements. Compensation is determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including skills, experience, and job responsibilities.
The applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for this role is Metalmeccanico Industria.
