Zentiva Pharma seeks a Category Manager – IT to design and execute global IT sourcing strategies for hardware, software, cloud services and related IT spend. You will partner with IT, Digital, Finance and Business teams to manage supplier governance, budget, and risk in a regulated pharma environment, driving cost efficiency and digital transformation while ensuring data integrity and cybersecurity.

The role requires 8–12 years in strategic sourcing, strong negotiations, and proven experience

Competenze

• 8-12 years in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement, preferably in IT/Digital within pharma or FMCG.
• Strong expertise in IT category strategy, supplier relationship management, and complex negotiations.

As Category Manager - IT, you will design and execute global sourcing strategies for IT hardware, software, and services to drive cost efficiency, compliance, and digital transformation. You will partner with IT, Digital, Finance, and Business teams to manage supplier relationships, governance, and budget/LRP activities in a regulated pharma environment. The role focuses on aligning IT sourcing with roadmaps, cybersecurity, and data integrity, while enabling scalable, secure IT performance. You will influence major technology programs and supplier ecosystems to deliver measurable value.
