Fondazione L'Albero della Vita E.T.S. recrute un Project Manager pour son projet MYTHiC en Calabre. Le candidat retenu devra assurer la mise en œuvre et le suivi des activités, tout en coordonnant les actions avec des partenaires publics et privés. Une maîtrise en Humanités ou Économie et au moins trois ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets sont requis. Le poste est à temps partiel avec un contrat de 20 mois, basé à Catanzaro, impliquant des déplacements fréquents.

Competenze

  • Trois ans d'expérience minimum en coordination de projets et gestion financière.
  • Expérience professionnelle dans des initiatives humanitaires et sociales.
  • Anglais courant, à l'écrit et à l'oral.

Fondazione L’Albero della Vita ETS (FADV) is an NGO promoting human rights across the world, operating in child protection, education, migration, development, emergency, providing support to vulnerable children and communities.

The Project

MYTHiC Mobilize Youth Tackling Hate in Calabria is set in a southern Italian Region, Calabria. The project persues the general objective to tackle the escalation of hate speech and hate crime by promoting a coordination mechanism across Local authorities, CSOs, Schools and Communities amplifying and engaging boys and girls with different backgrounds in Calabria Region.

The role:

The Project Manager has to ensure the correct implementation, monitoring and reporting of all the activities of the project. The role requires strong leadership, project management experience and good organizational skills, as well as a sound knowledge of child rights and child participation. She/He has expertise of evaluation methodologies. S/he will be coordinating with public and private stakeholders at local.

Main responsibilities and duties:

  • Project Planning: Developing a comprehensive project plan, setting objectives, timelines, and deliverables in line with the project’s goals.
  • Project Implementation: Overseeing the execution of project activities, ensuring that they are carried out effectively, efficiently, and within budget; in particular she/he is in charge of supervising the regional referral mechanism to support victims of hate speech and hate crime, she coordinates the creation of the awareness campaign in team with the Communication Department;
  • Stakeholder Management: Engaging and coordinating with public authorities at regional level; launching the Regional coalition against hate speech and hate crime
  • Quality Assurance: Supported by the QA manager of the Foundation she/he is in charge of maintaining high standards of project implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices, and ethical standards.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Establishing systems to monitor project progress, tracking milestones, and evaluating outcomes against predetermined indicators and targets.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and managing project risks, developing contingency plans, and taking proactive measures to address potential obstacles.
  • Communication and Dissemination: Facilitating effective communication within the project team and with external stakeholders, as well as disseminating project outcomes and results to relevant audiences.
  • Responsible for the timely submission to the Donor of the reports

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Humanities or Economics and preferably a Specializing Master in Project Management.
  • A minimum of three years of work experience in projects coordination and financial management
  • Professional experience of planning and managing in humanitarian and social initiatives
  • Mandatory Fluent English, written and oral

What we offer: CCNL Commercio – 20 months contract starting from September 2025; part-time commitment 23h/week;

Place of work: main office in Catanzaro (Aranceto) with frequent trips to the other cities of project (Cosenza, Vibo Valentia, Reggio Calabria, Crotone).
