The role, based in Milan, involves both direct sales and leveraging relationships with partners to optimize growth. CAST is the world leader in Software Intelligence. CAST sells directly and via formidable go-to-market partners including BCG, Big4, Accenture, IBM, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, as well as numerous specialized consulting firms.

We are looking for SaaS sellers who are hungry and can scale CAST business rapidly with our SaaS offerings to sell to CXO's to support decision making, provide objectivity, better mgmt. insights to empower).

Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site sales role located in Milan preferably.

This strategic role has significant CXO visibility in CAST.

Attractive package, base + variable + bonuses, uncapped accelerators and possibly equity.

You will be in charge of :

  • Selling to customers directly and / or through existing partners (Management consulting firm such as BCG and Big 4), around their transaction services, digital transformation and ESG offerings, specialized GSI networks, global hyper scalers addressing relevant CXO / Board level strategic initiatives such as application modernization, cloud migration.
  • Selling management insights about custom software systems to CXOs , VPs of Enterprise Architecture , VPs ADM.
  • Hunting for new streams of recurring revenue (ARR) vis a vis CAST SaaS subscriptions from new logos and expansion of existing logos.

Qualifications :

  • Type A personality. i.e. “making things happen” skills and ability.
  • 10+ experience in Selling Software / SaaS / Technology Solutions, B2B consultative selling
  • Experience working with and partnering / selling with Tier 1 Management consulting firms, Big4, specialized advisories, GSI's and Global Hyper scalers
  • Understanding of Cloud migration / modernization / transformation, application modernization.
  • Understanding of the local market, well established network.
  • Strong communication, consultative selling and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships at senior partners / consultants and C level to grow business rapidly.
