An established industry player is seeking a Project Assistant to support the Business Development & Tender Manager. This role involves managing client and supplier relationships, overseeing administrative processes, and coordinating shipments. Responsibilities
The Project Assistant, reporting directly to the Business Development & Tender Manager of the Custom Interiors Division at Cassina, will support the project team in client and supplier relations.
Main Activities
The main activities involved include, but are not limited to:
Educational Background and Work Experience
Diploma and/or degree in linguistic, technical, or accounting fields.
Experience in a similar role within international luxury/design contexts will be considered a plus.
Skills and Abilities
Good knowledge of English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of AS400 is a preferred qualification.
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and achieve objectives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
