Job Purpose

The Casino VIP Services Consultant is responsible to develop and cultivate strategic relationships with VIP Casino clients, partners, Junket Representatives, through multi-platform marketing initiatives that drive MSC Cruises revenue and brand awareness. The role is aimed to promote MSC products, to provide an excellent service towards the customers, handling casino guests' requests at 360°, organizing their stay onboard (booking, post booking, info, complaints, communications).

Key Accountabilities
  • Assist the casino guests in redeeming their rewards (discount/ complimentary cruise), employing selling skills and efficiently promoting MSC Cruises products;
  • Be the main reference point for casino clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and to gain their loyalty;
  • Interact in an effective manner with a multicultural and particularly demanding clientele;
  • Identify and acknowledge Casino players through the different programs/marketing campaigns;
  • Maximize sales opportunities increasing the number of bookings and contributing to the promotion and organization of Casino Group sailings and events;
  • Meet assigned annual sales quota and other relevant individual and departmental KPIs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of +2 years of customer service experience /sales. No knowledge of the operational activities of casino games is necessary;
  • Fluent Italian, English and at least 2 more languages (French and German are a preference);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • University degree (Linguistic studies, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing & Communications);
  • Sales and persuasion skills, customer focused attitude;
  • Proven resilience and ability to work well under pressure, with strong attention to details, time management and multitasking skills;
  • Easy-going, positive, excellent empathy, active listening abilities;
  • Availability to travel for business during Casino's most important events, as a representative of MSC.
