Job Opening: Cashier / Food Service Worker

We are hiring immediately for a full-time CASHIER / FOOD SERVICE WORKER position.

Location: Physicians Regional Collier, 8300 Collier Boulevard, Naples, FL 34114

Schedule: Full-time, approximately 30 hours per week. Hours and days may vary, including alternating weekends and holidays. More details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a coffee shop setting.

Pay Range: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

The role involves operating the Point of Sale system, assisting the Chef in preparing coffee, and maintaining cleanliness at the coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, including catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness, including trash removal.
• Provide service across retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and make deposits at shift end.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
• Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if temperatures are not within acceptable ranges.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepare items for purchase daily, stock refrigerators, and rotate products using FIFO.
• Ensure pantry and refrigerator stock levels are maintained and temperatures recorded.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
