Job summary

Alstom in Italy seeks a Finance professional to oversee site liquidity and cash management for on-site projects. You will coordinate forecasting processes and ensure data reliability. You will analyse funding needs, support cash flow improvement initiatives, and liaise with the Country Finance team to implement preventative measures.

English fluency required; international environment. The role requires 1–2 years in finance or cash management, a Master in Finance or MBA, and strong multi-tasking

Qualifications

• Master in Finance or MBA.
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
• 1–2 years in Finance, Accounting or Cash management.
• Experience in industrial sector preferable.
• Ability to balance short- and long-term views and manage several topics.
• Strong knowledge of business and financial indicators.
• Ability to work in an international environment.
• Autonomous but driven for results; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Control liquidity short term and long term for the site and ongoing projects.
• Ensure forecast reliability for liquidity and provide data.
• Analyse project funding needs with Site Controller and Project Controllers.
• Support cash cycle improvements and working capital levers.
• Coordinate with Cash management team and Country Finance to implement preventive measures.
• Engage and train site teams on cash generation levers.
