Openjobmetis ricerca un cheesemaker per un caseificio biologico situato a Loreto Aprutino (PE). Verrà inserito nel caseificio aziendale, occupandosi della produzione di formaggi e della lavorazione del latte.

La produzione è artigianale e guidata dal proprietario, offrendo formazione continua e opportunità di crescita professionale nel contesto familiare.

Formación

• Esperienza come cheesemaker o lavorazione latte e derivati.
• Passione per il settore alimentare e lattiero-caseario.
• Buone capacità manuali e attenzione alla qualità del prodotto.
• Disponibilità a lavorare in contesto di produzione artigianale.
• I candidati con poca esperienza saranno considerati se motivati e interessati a crescere nel settore lattiero-caseario.

Responsabilidades

• Produzione formaggi e lavorazione latte nell’impianto aziendale.
• Operare secondo metodo artigianale con le principali macchine da produzione.
• Supporto e trasferimento di competenze da parte del proprietario per crescita professionale.

The Agro-food Division of Openjobmetis is looking for a:

CHEESEMAKER

for an organic farm with an internal dairy located in Loreto Aprutino (PE).

Role and Responsibilities

The resource will be inserted into the company dairy and will be responsible for cheese production and milk processing. The company operates with an artisanal method, supported by the main production machinery. The selected person will be directly supported by the owner, who will transfer their skills and knowledge in dairy production, with the aim of fostering a path of professional growth and generational change.

Requirements and Required Skills

• Experience in the role of cheesemaker or in the processing of milk and dairy products;
• Interest and passion for the food and dairy production sector;
• Good manual skills and attention to product quality;
• Availability to work in an artisanal production environment;

Candidates with little experience will also be considered, as long as they are motivated and genuinely interested in undertaking a professional path in the dairy sector.

OTHER INFORMATION

• Initial fixed-term, full-time contract with the aim of permanent employment;
• CCNL Agricultural and Floricultural Workers – CPL Province of Pescara;
• Area 2 classification, with the possibility of evaluating the classification in relation to the resource's experience and skills;
