Richemont is seeking a Sales Associate for their Firenze Boutique. The role emphasizes exceptional client experience, mastery of sales processes, and strong client relationship development, all within the luxury retail sector. Ideal candidates are team players with experience in hospitality or luxury retail and fluency in English and Italian.

Descrizione del lavoro

As an Ambassador of the Maison, we are looking for a Sales Associate (1year fixed-term) for ourFirenze Boutique. He/she will ensure a unique client experience before, during, and after a sale, and proactively develop client portfolio. Also, participate in the daily boutique operations.

How will you make an impact? You will:

  • Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during a sale.
  • Master perfectly the steps of a sale (welcome, discover and understand, convince, close and develop).
  • Adapt according to client(s) needs and motivations.
  • Strive to always improve and surprise the client(s).
  • Deal with ease during negotiations and objections.
  • Transmit the passion and values of the Maison.
  • Act as the privileged contact for the client(s) in case of After Sales.
  • Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty.
  • Efficiently develop the client portfolio.
  • Execute targeted CRM actions.
  • Participate in client events and act as an Ambassador of the Maison.
  • Respect all brand and boutique policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the set up and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique.
  • Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
  • Assist with special projects when requested.

How will you experience success with us?

We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the hospitality sector or in luxury Retail; good interpersonal and communication skills are required as well as strong attention to detail and customer needs. A Team-Player approach and fluency in English and Italian are essential.
