A prestigious workwear retailer in Florence is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to provide excellent customer service, ensure sales targets are met, and maintain store policies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in retail, and a passion for engaging with customers. Fluency in Italian and intermediate English is essential for this role.

Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. For our store in Florence we are looking for you as Sales Assistant (m/f/x) part time 30 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting
• Ensure optimum sales levels are met
• Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
• Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look
• To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business
• Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction
• Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred
• Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible
• Excellent communication and 'people' skills
• Confidence, drive and enthusiasm
• Fluent in Italian, intermediate English Skills
