Responsibilities

  1. Organize and build your database
  2. Communicate to your database
  3. Intern with teams or agents when possible
  4. Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income
  5. Learn sales talk and scripts
  6. Misc. activities as needed

Qualifications

  • Driven individuals with a strong desire to grow
  • 18 years or older with a high school diploma (college a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Willingness to complete required coursework and pass the exam
  • Committed to launching a high-earning, commission-based career

Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions
