Job Title

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as an intern.

  • This is a six-month internship offering hands-on experience in People Management, Recruiting, Training & Development, and HR Processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR People & Culture team in fostering constructive collaboration and ensuring a positive employee experience across all teams.
  • Participate in HR projects and handle administrative tasks related to internal policies and employee programs.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including preparing employee letters using templates and assisting with HR documentation.
  • Manage HR-related correspondence, ensuring timely communication with employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing orientation materials, and organizing orientation schedules for a smooth integration.
  • Monitor and update documentation related to employee tools and company equipment.
  • Support the organization of training activities, including internal initiatives and mandatory safety courses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A master's degree in Human Resources is a plus.
  • Minimum training and experience in HR, either within a company or at a recruiting agency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language (French) is an advantage.
