Career Consultant (all profiles / backgrounds)

Join us at Career Angels, a European career consulting boutique providing tailor-made services since 2010:

• For individuals: career management & job search support
• For companies: outplacement services, HR consulting
• For business schools: consultations, lectures

We are known for our innovative approach and work both internally and with clients in a pioneering way. If this resonates with you, we are currently looking for a Career Consultant (all profiles / backgrounds).

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of European experience
• Fluency in English

Bonus:

• German and/or Polish language skills

• Based in Europe (due to legal regulations)

Remuneration:

B2C projects:

• From 17 EUR/h (75 PLN/h) during training to 28 EUR/h (125 PLN/h) after induction (~3 months)

B2B projects:

• 25-50 EUR/h (110-220 PLN/h), with sales commission up to 17.5% depending on project size

Tasks:

• Supporting clients in managing career and job search: preparing application documents, LinkedIn profiles, career coaching, interview simulations, market research
• Leading our programs: The 5-Step Program, Independent Job Hunter, Executive Identity, Parameter Bidding, Strategy Session, Challenge Accepted
• Creating your own opportunities like blogging, podcasting, content creation, webinars, or focusing on specific client groups – if desired

Much of the work involves learning and feedback. 80-90% of clients come via recommendations from past clients, contacts, headhunters, or partner institutions. As a Career Angel, you will actively promote our brand.

We reward accuracy and completeness of data.

Cooperation basis:

On a B2B basis, regulated by a service agreement under Polish Civil Code. Invoices are issued monthly based on delivered services.
