Job Details

For a medium-sized structured company in the metalworking sector, we are seeking a Capo turno tornitore CNC.

We offer a permanent contract (direct transition), with a gross annual salary to be defined during the interview, commensurate with experience.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, central shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily activities during your shift;
• Ensure the correct execution of tasks by operators;
• Provide technical and operational support to operators;
• Verify compliance with safety regulations and the use of PPE;
• Operate your machine to ensure production of parts.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A diploma or technical qualification;
• At least 5 years of experience in the role, both as a CNC turner and as a shift supervisor;
• Skills in setting up CNC lathes;
• Leadership and team coordination skills;
• Problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and coordination skills.
