The group has over 2,400 stores, caters to various retail segments, and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands.

Position: Supervisor

We are looking for a Supervisor to support the store management team, collaborate with the sales team, and maintain the required standards.

1. Commercial Skills:
   • Handle store opening and closing activities: merchandise organization, team briefing, display of new items, etc.
   • Motivate the sales team: communicate objectives and monitor achievement.
   • Participate in sales activities and handle customer complaints.
2. Resource Management:
   • Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, report issues not aligned with company policies.
   • Develop and motivate staff, promote career progression within the group.
   • Ensure the store's overall presentation in collaboration with the merchandising team to improve profitability.
   • Verify proper execution of product display guidelines.
3. Logistics / Loss Prevention:
   • Actively participate in loss prevention and control in agreement with the Store Manager.
   • Manage daily cash register operations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in structured retail points of sale, preferably in dynamic and multinational environments.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Leadership and team motivation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
