Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the HSE Manager on-site, coordinating and reporting on your activities.
2. Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure safety procedures are implemented.
3. Supervise, execute, or oversee the implementation of safety procedures.
4. Assist the HSE Manager on-site, acting as an interface between the client, the site coordinator, contractors, and subcontractors.
5. Provide consultancy on compliance with current HSE regulations and documentation.
6. Verify the presence and availability of all required documentation.
7. Ensure the application of safety measures as per POS and PSC within the construction site.
8. Manage operational tasks, controls, and documentation; assist on-site as needed.
9. Travel frequently to assigned construction sites, requiring flexibility and mobility.

Requirements

• Diploma as a Geometra, Building Technician, or Industrial Technician.
• Experience in construction site management.
• Knowledge of English is highly appreciated but not mandatory.
• Training as RSPP is required.
• Availability for frequent travel to construction sites.
• Reside within a reasonable distance from Cinisello Balsamo (about 40-50 km).

Offer

• 3-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of indefinite employment, under the CCNL servizi (with 14a), salary and level commensurate with experience.
