Euronext is seeking a Client Services Intern to join the Euronext Clearing Client Services team in Rome, starting in November. You will report to the Client Services Manager and support the day-to-day management of operational cases and client requests.

You will learn about clearing operations and financial markets, assist in documenting procedures, contribute to testing new functionalities, and help drive continuous improvement while developing your analytical and communication skills.

Competenze

Master's degree in Economics, Finance or a related field, or currently completing the final year of studies.
Strong interest in financial markets and post-trade services.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good organisational skills and willingness to learn.
Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus.

Supporting the Client Support team in day-to-day management of operational cases and client requests.
Assisting in monitoring incidents, collecting information and preparing analyses under guidance of senior team members.
Supporting the preparation of internal documentation, operational procedures and client communications.
Contributing to testing activities for new functionalities and operational improvements.
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client service processes and efficiency.
Learning about clearing operations, financial markets and Euronext Clearing services by working with the team.
