Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in our wineries for a Wine Cellar Worker. The Wine Cellar Worker will be responsible for various tasks including assisting with grape processing, managing fermentation processes, monitoring wine maturation, cleaning and sanitizing the cellar, and bottling and labeling wines. The role requires close cooperation with the winemaker to ensure the production of high-quality wines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in grape processing and fermentation management
  • Knowledge of wine maturation and cellar sanitation practices
  • Skills in bottling and labeling wines
  • Ability to work physically demanding tasks and in a team environment
  • Passion for the wine industry and a desire to learn and grow
  • Previous experience in a winery or vineyard is an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
