Join Odoo's new Italian office and work in a fast-growing software company within a young and dynamic environment!

Be the main contact for potential clients, adopting a consultative sales approach and guiding prospects by actively driving the sales process WITHOUT PROSPECTING.

• Become an expert in using Odoo and acquire technical/functional knowledge.
• Handle the entire sales cycle without prospecting for new customers.
• Receive leads, engage, and qualify prospects.
• Analyze customer requirements, business processes, and operational pain points.
• Provide customers with tailored demonstrations of the software.
• Create customized offers and negotiate contract terms.
• Manage the closing of sales and after-sales support.

Account Manager

Develop long-term relationships with clients and:

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients in Italy.
• Deeply understand your customers' IT projects; become their Odoo sales expert!
• Identify potential sales opportunities and encourage future sales by offering suitable Odoo packages.
• Demonstrate new apps, features, and versions to end-users.
• Negotiate contract renewals, from monthly to multi-year subscriptions.

Business Analyst

Engage with clients to implement Odoo across various apps!

• Analyze client needs and suggest solutions.
• Deliver personalized training sessions.
• Support the growth of our partner network by coaching partners worldwide and managing long-term projects.
• Work on diverse projects simultaneously.
• Never stop learning!

Experience in Accounting, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, e-commerce, or Marketing is a plus, enhancing your ability to implement Odoo comprehensively. Field experience and a few years of expertise are valued for this dynamic role.

• Fluent in Italian (C2) and English.
• Work permit in Italy.
• 0-3 years of experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Knowledge and/or experience in the field.
• Ability to learn and evolve quickly.
• Self-management and organization skills.
• Interest in the IT world.
• Team spirit.
• Contribute to the evolution of the new Odoo subsidiary.
