Become an educator in our new Sport Academy within the largest innovation hub in Europe. H-FARM is an innovation platform supporting learners of all ages and entrepreneurs through investments in education, consulting, and ideas.

The 'H' in our name stands for Human, emphasizing our focus on people — services, relationships, interactions.

Our 60-acre campus, located just 30 minutes outside Venice, is embarking on a new adventure for young athletes. The H-FARM Boarding Team seeks a dynamic and proactive individual to implement and expand programs supporting our student-athletes in all aspects of their daily lives.

The ideal candidate is an experienced educator with a deep understanding of adolescence and boarding program management. This person will oversee entire programs to support and entertain students-athletes and collaborate with the team to deliver enriching experiences.

Main Responsibilities

• Work full-time with a competitive salary, primarily in the afternoons and evenings (about 4-11 pm), including 3-4 nights on duty with passive supervision, sleeping in a private room, and being on call for emergencies.
• Develop and evolve existing learning and development programs, including creating courses on inclusion, adolescent issues, and cultural/current affairs.
• Supervise students, providing a supportive presence, liaising with staff and parents, and supporting students aged 14-19 in daily activities, well-being, safety, and needs.
• Coordinate with the boarding team to manage group dynamics and ensure a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in higher education, coaching, international schools, psychology, or counseling.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education or pedagogy.
• Experience working with adolescents aged 12-18, ideally abroad or in international contexts.
• Native Arabic speaker with at least B2 English proficiency; Italian language skills appreciated.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with strong problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail, accountability, and a passion for continuous learning.
• Driver’s license and a clean criminal record.
