Position:

We are looking for a Commis di Sala to join our service team. We seek a dynamic and passionate individual eager to contribute with energy and dedication to impeccable and engaging service.

• Actively support the service team during operations, collaborating harmoniously and precisely with supervisors;
• Handle the preparation and maintenance of mise en place, ensuring order and attention to detail;
• Provide guests with warm and discreet hospitality, helping make each experience memorable;
• Maintain the flow and balance of service, becoming an essential part of the rhythm and atmosphere of the room.

What are we looking for?

• At least one year of experience in the dining room;
• Strong motivation to learn in a structured professional environment;
• Knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language is a plus;
• Genuine passion for hospitality, customer care, and natural predisposition for teamwork;
• Orderliness, punctuality, flexibility, and role care;
• Positive attitude, willingness to challenge oneself, and desire to grow in a stimulating environment.
