Position: Waiter/Waitress at Nima Sushi, Florence

We are looking for a waiter/waitress for one of our Nima Sushi outlets in Florence. The ideal candidate, reporting to the Store Manager, will be responsible for:

1. Preparing the dining area for service;
2. Welcoming and assisting customers, suggesting menu options;
3. Taking orders at the tables;
4. Serving dishes;
5. Clearing and resetting tables for the next service.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Motivation for teamwork;
• Friendly and courteous attitude;
• Compliance with hygiene and HACCP regulations;
• Availability to work shifts, 5-6 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
