Responsibilities:

• Perform turn-down service in fascia serale
• Follow Housekeeper's instructions and handle tasks such as cleaning and tidying rooms and common areas
• Carry out daily linen renewal, organize the room, and reorder client's items and personal effects
• Conduct evening turn-down service
• Check room status and inventory upon guest departure
• Prepare daily reports with housekeeping

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within high-end premises or similar environment
• Excellent command of the Italian language
• Professionalism, flexibility, precision, responsibility, and efficiency in service; team-oriented mindset
