Belmond, part of the world-leading luxury group LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, is seeking a Housekeeper for the Romazzino at Belmond Hotel for the 2025 season.

The ideal candidate is eager to offer our guests an authentic luxury experience by demonstrating attention, skill, and curiosity. Under the guidance of the Head Housekeeper, they will have opportunities for professional growth alongside industry professionals.

Main duties and responsibilities:

1. Maintaining the decor and cleanliness of the property in accordance with company policies, standards, and procedures;
2. Cleaning and tidying guest rooms within established timeframes;
3. Managing the service area's supplies and stock levels;
4. Caring for guests' personal belongings within their environment;
5. Ensuring proper care of company assets;
6. Communicating effectively and working well within a team, sharing information and skills;
7. Providing high and consistent service standards, anticipating guest and colleague needs, recognizing priorities, and taking responsibility for assigned tasks;
8. Flexibility regarding working hours and days;
9. Fluent Italian and basic English language skills;
10. Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.

This is a seasonal contract according to the "C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo Federturismo Confindustria". Benefits include development activities, training, and accommodation and meals for non-residents.
