Job Description

Are you looking for security and peace of mind?

We are currently seeking creative problem solvers that love a challenge in order to service our growing list of clients. We are looking for a Camera Service Technician to perform the following tasks:

1. Remove old camera equipment including DVRs, power supplies, and cameras as needed.
2. Install new cameras, switches, and NVRs.
3. Run new wire as necessary in accordance with sound practices and local codes.
4. Ensure proper power and a clean installation at the NVR and in junction boxes.
5. Help the project manager with communication to onsite management and staff.
6. Provide a thought-out plan for upgrading/installation with consideration for the property’s current access and security.
7. Oversee and direct helper when on the job site.
8. Provide warranty assistance either in person or pass information to the service department.
9. Accurately record all time on the job site and track additional materials needed or change orders.
10. Accurately record all relevant installation information including equipment used, passwords, and IP addresses.
11. Keep your vehicle and tools in an orderly fashion.
12. Be willing to further technical knowledge and skills through in-house or factory training programs.
