THE POSITION
We are looking for a hands-on, hard-working, and detail-oriented Calibration Technician to join our team dedicated to crafting the Best Shooting Handguns in the World. As the Calibration Technician, your responsibilities will include providing support for manufacturing quality, quality training, supplier quality, and quality testing. You'll be tasked with performing validation procedures, documenting calibration data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that span the entire organization.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of mechanical and optical inspections, proficiency in basic-measurement skills, familiarity with mechanical systems, adeptness in documentation techniques, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
The Calibration Technician will report, perform, and maintain the standard of work and will ensure safety, quality, and purity requirements are met. This position will report directly to the Quality Testing and Validations Engineer.
