Descrizione del lavoro

Location: Grugliasco, Italy

Role: Calibration Engineer - Automotive

Locations: Torino, Milano, Modena, Reggio Emilia

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct bench testing and experimentation on diesel, petrol, CNG, hybrid, and electric engines.
  2. Perform vehicle calibration.
  3. Define combustion process parameters (emissions, performance), safety, and drivability.
  4. Develop diagnostic strategies, EOBD, and troubleshooting.
  5. Post-processing, after-treatment analysis, and test programming on vehicles.
  6. Manage datasets, calibration analysis, and activity coordination for releases.
  7. Prepare comprehensive reports and technical documentation of tests conducted.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience with bench calibration of diesel, petrol, hybrid, and electric engines.
  • Previous experience in engine experimentation and functional verification.
  • Ability to diagnose anomalies from bench tests, vehicle tests, or track testing.
  • Good knowledge of engines, after-treatment systems, and ATS is preferred.
  • Knowledge of tools such as ETAS INCA, AVL Puma, Dianalyzer, CANdela, GT-Power.
  • Knowledge of Matlab and Simulink is a plus.
  • Good command of English language.
