BauWatch Italy seeks a Direct Sales professional in Calabria to drive growth by acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and delivering on the regional commercial plan. You will conduct site visits, present solutions, and build long-term partnerships with clients across construction, renewables, and security sectors.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in construction, renewables, or security industries preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Calabria and occasionally to Milan HQ.

Mansioni

• Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and following up on marketing leads.
• Identify, develop and nurture new and existing customer relationships for long-term partnerships.
• Conduct regular site visits within the assigned area and deliver company presentations at events.
• Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying sales opportunities and sharing insights with teams.
• Collaborate with Italian and international colleagues to exchange best practices.
