As a Team Member, you will be involved in cooking, serving, and keeping the cafe area clean and organized, with emphasis on high-quality service and attention to detail. You’ll be part of Tesco’s commitment to great customer experiences and community presence.

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils clean and tidy.
• Serve customers quickly and with care.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations while keeping daily records.
• Stock rotation to keep food fresh (FIFO).
• Accept deliveries and store food safely.
• Prepare, cook and serve food as per menu.
• Ensure availability of café items and menu knowledge.
• Resolve customer complaints and inform Café Manager.
• Stay updated with business communications and initiatives.
