A Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm is seeking applications for a skilled CAD Technician/Designer with expertise in Civil Engineering. The ideal candidate has five years of experience as a Civil Engineering CAD Technician/Designer, specifically in Land Development, Utilities, Roadway, and Structural plan preparation. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential, along with knowledge of additional software like ICPR, Modret, CloudWorx, and ArcGIS.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Southwest Florida Codes and Ordinances
• Knowledge of the Florida Building Code Standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Associate degree or high school education with advanced technical training
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Proficient in technology related to software, hardware, plotters, scanners, and internet services
• Self-starter able to work independently to produce final documents
• Strong work ethic
• Effective time management skills, able to meet schedules and deadlines

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
