CAD CAM TECHNICAL SUPPORT, Monza-Brianza

Location: Monza-Brianza, Italy

We are seeking a Remote Technical Support specialist responsible for providing telephone assistance to clients regarding our Group's Software products, including Artube (CAD CAM 3D), Protube/Prometheus (bar nesting and production lot management software), and Lantek (CAD CAM 2D). The role involves resolving client issues remotely and ensuring proper documentation of interventions using company tools.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide clients with necessary assistance to resolve reported issues, initially alongside qualified personnel.
  2. Manage the opening and entry of support tickets related to the Group's Software products, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of interventions.
  3. In later stages, conduct training courses for clients on software usage.

Requirements:

  • Technical education: mechanical or electrical technician diploma.
  • Knowledge of technical drawing reading.
  • Basic knowledge of 2D and 3D design software.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Preferably, previous experience with CAD-CAM software for industrial plants or roles involving CAD CAM 2D/3D software in metalworking companies.
  • Residency in nearby areas (provinces of MB, MI, LC).

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
