Un'agenzia di lavoro cerca un Cablatore Elettrico per un'importante azienda nel settore elettronico a Valsamoggia, Bologna. È necessario avere almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella cablatura elettrica e competenze nel lavoro di squadra. Offriamo un contratto permanente con uno stipendio annuale lordo tra i 35.000 e i 45.000 euro, oltre a benefici aziendali.

Position: Cablatore Elettrico - Team Leader Assemblaggio Impianti Elettrici

Adecco Italia Spa is seeking for a large and solid industrial group in the electronics sector, specifically in power electronic systems, located in Valsamoggia (BO). The candidate should have a preferably technical-electronic or electrical background with at least 3 years of proven experience in electrical wiring for industrial or civil sectors.

The selected candidate will be part of the Power Electronic Systems Assembly Department, working actively alongside three other cable specialists to manage the assembly of complex power electronic systems. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting Project Managers and R&D in troubleshooting during assembly and system testing
• Assisting the project manager in defining assembly, testing, and FAT schedules
• Contributing to continuous improvement in production and testing processes
• Participating directly in efficiency improvement activities for assembly and testing time reduction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil-industrial electrical wiring
• Motivation to acquire new sector skills
• Teamwork skills and ability to work on complex projects with colleagues and project engineers
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills

Work hours are traditionally from 8:00 to 17:00. The contract is permanent with a gross annual salary between €35,000 and €45,000 plus corporate welfare benefits. The expected start date is 25/10/2025.
