Job Description

Adecco Italia Spa is seeking for a large and solid industrial group in the electronics sector, specializing in power electronic systems, located in Valsamoggia (BO):

Electrical Assembler - Team Leader for Electrical System Assembly

The ideal candidate has a technical background, preferably in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, with at least 3 years of proven experience in electrical wiring for industrial or civil sectors.

The role involves working in the Electrical and Electronic Power Systems Assembly Department, managing complex power electronic systems assembly alongside three other assemblers.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Supporting Project Managers and R&D in resolving assembly and testing issues
• Collaborating with project managers to schedule assembly, testing, and FAT
• Contributing to continuous improvement in the production and testing processes
• Engaging in activities aimed at reducing assembly/testing time

Requirements:

• Experience in civil-industrial electrical wiring
• Motivation to learn new sector skills
• Teamwork and project management skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Good interpersonal skills

Work hours are from 8:00 to 17:00. The contract is permanent, with salary and benefits to be evaluated based on experience.
