Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute work orders under guidance to ensure SLA targets are met
• Install and configure Desktop Services
• Manage local Voice and Data communication, Network, Audio/Video, and VTC equipment
• Maintain Routing and Switching equipment, VoIP, and VTC infrastructures
• Analyze and troubleshoot Desktop, Communications, and Network Services issues
• Test and evaluate hardware and software
• Handle Incident Support Requests from creation to resolution
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
• Support Problem Management with corrective actions
• Contribute to service improvement and procurement processes
• Participate in a duty support shift, possibly 24/7
• Act as deputy for higher-grade staff if needed
• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

• Active NATO COSMIC TOP SECRET security clearance
• Higher vocational training with 2+ years of experience or secondary education with 4+ years of experience
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Cisco products, and routing protocols
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure
• At least 2 years recent experience in CIS Service Operations
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
• Flexibility and initiative in a dynamic environment

Desirable:

• Knowledge of NATO CIS policies and procedures
• Experience with NATO crypto equipment
• Experience in a Service Desk environment
• Certification in PC hardware repair
• LAN training
• Experience in military and civilian international environments
• Understanding of NATO organizational structure
