Role: Technical Specialist – C/C++ Support Engineer

Location: Warsaw, Poland or Bari, Italy

Hiring: Permanent or B2B Contract

Primary Technical Skills: C,C++,VB

Domain: Banking Finance

Language Required: Both Italian and English a MUST

Salary/Rate: Negotiable on experience

Secondary Technical Skills: JAVA Microsoft Office tools Jira Batch jobs

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Work closely with product owners to understand and translate business objectives into technical requirements
  • Analysing new change requests design solutions and guide developers in implementation
  • Supporting the development teams and supervising the design testing and modification stages
  • Ensure up to date documentations
  • Keep track of compliance requirements and adhere to the schedule
  • Expert in finding root causes for incidents bugs and help in getting to permanent solutions of recurring incidents

Preferred background

  • Experience of Incident handling and problem solving in a L3 support team
  • Experience in projects dealing with File interfaces and protocols

  • Service minded and takes responsibility within relevant working areas
  • Able to work independently and to quickly pick up necessary knowledge and technologies
