Un'azienda specializzata in arredamento cerca un Buyer Ufficio Acquisti per gestire le relazioni con i fornitori e supervisionare il processo di approvvigionamento. Richiesta esperienza nel procurement e ottime competenze informatiche. La posizione è a tempo pieno e prevede assunzione permanente nei pressi di Polcenigo.

Competenze

• Esperienza nel procurement e familiarità con il settore dell'arredamento, preferibilmente mobili finiti.
• Conoscenza di software pertinenti.

Mansioni

• Gestire relazioni con i fornitori e supervisionare il processo di approvvigionamento.
• Pianificare e procurare materie prime e semilavorati.
• Aggiornare e gestire le scorte di magazzino.

Job Description:

Synergie Italia Spa, filiale di SACILE, Divisione Consultant, is seeking a Buyer Ufficio Acquisti - Mobile finito for a company specializing in designing, creating, and manufacturing designer furniture.

Position: The candidate will manage relationships with suppliers, overseeing the entire procurement process of raw materials and semi-finished products.

Responsibilities include:

1. Entering purchase orders
2. Managing purchase price lists
3. Analyzing market trends
4. Planning and procuring raw materials and semi-finished products
5. Managing supply conditions and payment terms
6. Monitoring inventory levels
7. Updating and managing warehouse stocks
8. Collaborating with management and operations to define activities and cost-saving measures

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree
• Experience in procurement and familiarity with the furniture sector (preferably finished furniture)
• Excellent PC skills and proficiency with main software tools
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for procurement processes

Additional qualities: dynamic, bright, determined, autonomous, results-oriented, organized, analytical, flexible, and capable of prioritizing and solving problems.

The position is intended for permanent employment.

Other information: The job is located near Polcenigo (PN). Full-time day shift.
