Your mission

• Handling the ordering and delivery process from requirements determination to purchase requisitions, ordering, delivery tracking, and invoice verification.
• Ensuring material supply for assigned products or families in line with production needs.
• Implementing and following up on orders in SAP.
• Handling complaints and returns.
• Evaluating offers and supply options within Hemro Group's international production sites and global supply network, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Supporting strategic decisions in alignment with the Head of Global Supply Chain Management.

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training, studies, or a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in purchasing, ideally in a technical field.
• Your strengths include sociability, negotiation skills, and team spirit.
• You possess good MS-Office skills and specific knowledge of SAP-MM module.
• You are characterized by quick understanding, an independent working style, and high resilience.
• Knowledge of English and good communication skills complete your profile.
