Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Webuild Group is seeking to hire a Buyer for its Commodity Subcontracting department at the Headquarters in Milan.

Responsibilities

1. Support the Global Commodity Manager and coordinate the procurement team within your unit to define budgets and procurement strategies.
2. Develop the Supplier List, prepare Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and manage negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness, synergy, quality, and timely delivery.
3. Analyze and compare supplier offers, coordinate with Corporate Departments for technical checks, and prepare summaries and recommendations.
4. Draft contract and purchase order terms with support from Legal and Contract Departments, coordinating with requesting departments.
5. Manage supplier relationships in compliance with the company's ethical standards and legal frameworks.
6. Assist Regional and Procurement Managers in creating procurement plans to optimize efficiency.
7. Participate in report analysis and implement corrective actions to address procurement issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within multinational environments.
• Degree in Economics or Engineering.
• Skills in market analysis and benchmarking.
• Ability to manage procurement strategies based on product categories.
• Strong negotiation skills and contract management capabilities.
• Experience in supplier development and management.
• Proficiency in reading and applying contractual terms.
• Ability to perform cost driver analyses.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at sites and joint ventures.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Additional skills include strong data analysis, results orientation, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
